Crowdstrike Update Crashes Windows OS

A recent global IT outage has caused significant disruptions across various sectors, including banks, airports, TV stations, healthcare organizations, and hotels. The issue originated from a software update by cybersecurity company CrowdStrike, which inadvertently led to widespread Blue Screens of Death (BSODs) on Windows machines. Despite the fix, the outage had already caused significant delays and cancellations, with nearly 1,400 flights affected worldwide. Healthcare services were also hit hard, with hospitals in Germany, Israel, and the UK reporting system failures and delays in patient care.
